This page explains what Rupnik d.o.o. keeps about you when you use Tactixology, and why.

What we keep

Your email address, if you sign up for emails, sign in or join Plus, with the date and whether you've confirmed or unsubscribed.

Your subscription: its status, plan and renewal dates, as reported to us by Paddle. We never see or keep your card details.

Sign-in cookies, only if you sign in, so the site remembers you. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Posts from X: some pages show posts from X the way X embeds them. On those pages your browser loads the post from X, which X handles under its own privacy policy.

Reading numbers: which pages are read, which site sent the visit and whether it came from a phone or a computer. To count visitors rather than pages, each visit gets a one-way code made from your connection and a secret that is thrown away every night, so it can't be traced back to you or linked across days. No cookies are involved and nothing about you is stored.

Who helps us

Paddle.com processes payments as the Merchant of Record. Resend sends our emails. Render hosts the site. Each only receives what it needs to do that job.

How long

We keep your details while you're a reader or subscriber. Ask us and we'll delete them, except records we must keep for accounting.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to [email protected].
